This comfortable camp is right on the water with level, easy access to a nice sand beach.  The sunsets are wonderful and framed by the Adirondack Mountains.  The beach has a very gradual drop-off and is private.  There is a large wrap-around deck with a gas BBQ grill and picnic tables.

The camp has an open floor plan with wood floors and windows to the lake. Comfortable seating for six.

We have a 30-foot dock.  The yard is spacious and flat, perfect for lawn games.  We have town water so you don't have to worry about running out, drinking lake water, or having smelly sulphur water as so many camps do.  It is on a private, dirt, dead-end road.  This camp is a nice, peaceful place to relax and enjoy the lake.

We are very close to the village of Alburg, where you'll find a few shops and a diner.  Rouse's Point, New York is about 10 minutes away and has more restaurants, a great creemee stand, and a grocery store.

The largest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a window AC unit.  In the other bedrooms are a double bed and a set of bunk beds.  There is a propane heater for cool weather.

Montreal is less than an hour's drive and has all the activities of a large city (museums, harbor tours, world class restaurants, botanical garden, olympic stadium) plus the added fun of experiencing another country's culture. English is widely spoken.  Montreal really has a lot of options that kids love as well: amusement park, science center, IMAX, huge indoor mystery maze, rock climbing gym, year-round ice rink.  Other options for easy day trips include two amusement parks, two zoos, a water park, hiking trails, and downtown Burlington.
